Skinny on Water

True, true: drinking when your thirsty (and not 8 glasses a day) makes sense. But if you do workout or run a lot, you need to replace electrolytes along with H2O. Gatorade type drinks are mostly high fructose corn sugar and make me feel horrible. These so called "Energy" drinks (energy because of the sugar) just make people fat on empty calories. Ultima Replenisher is a powdered drink with a great balance of electrolytes and no sugar or artificial sweeteners. So you get you potassium, sodium magnesium package without a lot of junk. The new Lemonade flavor is a killer.
