A good companion to this is the site http://ihadwhat.com. This site is a food diary that you can send updates to via text message or email and the items you send get logged automatically -- including calories, carbs, fat, etc.

I am surprised that it took so long for someone to think of that. I always tried to use the browser on my phone. It just took so long to load. So thanks!
