What You'll Eat
A little bit of everything, given that Spark Solution meal plans are pretty well-rounded. Each day, you’re eating three to four servings of non-starchy vegetables, typically raw or cooked, and two to three servings of fruit, either fresh, frozen or canned (but not in that heavy syrup). You’ll also eat five to six servings of whole grains and starchy vegetables, as well as two to three servings of protein in the form of lean, low-fat animal meat or plant-based proteins. You’re allotted two daily servings each of dairy and fats on the Spark Solution, either with a meal or via snacks.
