We found an awesome app to accompany any diet: lose it. Or you can access it online: www.loseit.com. This app has more options, information, and accessibility than any I've seen so far.

Completely agree wiht KML. We need to stop looking at the diet trends and think about the ROI of our foods. Pure, lean meats, fresh vegetables and fruits are perfect designed for nutrition and maintaining a steady energy source.
Look at the value of what you eat and how well it allows your body to perform in your lifestyle and Paleo will be your answer.

I completely disagree. This is a lifestyle change, not for people looking for a quick fix. This has made me so aware of the crap and garbage in packaged foods. I am never hungry and I am always eating. Paleo consistently receives high marks for its excellent results. I suppose someone could do Nutrisystem or WeightWatchers and completely drench themselves in chemicals and GMO. Gross
