The prepackaged meals at the heart of the Jenny Craig plan are small, but dinner always includes dessert. Some of the packaged options: a chocolate walnut brownie, a lemon mousse bar, and toffee cookies. A built-in "splurge strategy" allows up to 250 extra calories a couple of times a week for special occasions.
