The meat- and dairy-free vegan diet plan is filling and has health and environmental benefits. Its downside: really restrictive and can be lots of work.
The Traditional Asian Diet revolves around rice, noodles, breads, millet, corn, and other whole grains. It's thought to help people lose weight and avoid chronic diseases like cancer and heart disease.
The Engine 2 Diet is a low-fat, vegan plan that also cuts out vegetable oils. It includes a suggested fitness program.
