The Raw Food Diet emphasizes fruits and veggies and nearly guarantees weight loss. However, it requires tedious meal prep and there are lots of rules.
The meat- and dairy-free vegan diet plan is filling and has health and environmental benefits. Its downside: really restrictive and can be lots of work.
The Anti-Inflammatory Diet, developed by Andrew Weil, reflects the belief that certain foods cause or combat system inflammation.
