I think it is time the Hay Diet started to get mention again. It seems it has been lost in time and many diluted diets have took its place

spelling diets correctly would be a start, consider visiting http://www.haysystemdiet.com you may be surprised how good you feel when complying with a proper diet instead of these gimmick ones

Surprisingly I've not seen the Hay Diet mentioned. I believe this is because of how old it is now. Dr William Howard Hay was reported to say 'medicine was going in the wrong direction' approximately 100 years ago. I think the problem is losing weight seems to have become more of a priority than general health. For anyone interested in the Hay Diet there is basic information on www.haysystemdiet.com
