Very interesting that I use most of these ideas, but coloring is a great idea, as I use to do that when I was stressed. What is an atomic fireball? This was helpful article.

Great tips! I shoot my dinner and share it with facebook! Its a great reminder for meal ideas! I like to color so I will definitely try that trick too! Thanks!

I like "shoot your dinner" and "spice things up" from the list. The Well Fed Dieter says that additives found mainly in food "products" shut down our ability to know we had enough to eat so we eat too much. Also says that they can be addictive and cause us to feel hungry even though we shouldn't be. Ever get hungry a short time after a big meal?

.... Another recommendation is seperating the solids from the liquids. One half hour before you eat do not drink any liquids and two hour after you have eaten do no drink liquids.

What does it do? (1). It helps you restore the delicious tastes of natural foods. (2). It allows your digestive system do its job, by changing (food) in the stomach and intestines so that the body can absorb it. Many take a bite of food and then gulp down a drink of something and dilute the acidic power of the stomach to absorb it. Remember: one hour prior to each meal and two hours after each meal. Make certain you always replenish your body fluids by drinking six glasses of water daily.

With this method there is no special dieting and if adhered to will bring wonderful results.

These are some clever life-hacks!

Related to your second trick, just wanted to mention that a site similar to StickK.com but more data-oriented is Beeminder.com -- you pledge to keep all your data points on a "yellow brick road" to your goal.

(disclosure: I'm part of Beeminder)
