My wife and I want a child, I had a vasectomy reversal which was unsuccessful, right vas...no sperm left vas some with thin tails, after reconnection nothing.
can sperm be retreived directly from the testicle? what are the other options for the man? seems all methods available are about the female. Are there new techniques available for the man, and if yes, what are they.

Nice article
This is a good article, particularly for younger women who have not yet started trying to conceive. I think the other important tip I would give is to try to be aware of your body - noticing that your periods are irregular, painful, very far apart, etc. are things you should talk to your doctor about. In addition, women who are planning to postpone childbearing can now be tested for ovarian reserve - not a guarantee, but at least some sort of indication as to whether it is a good idea to wait or not.
Utterly Amazing
By this I mean its utterly amazing that ANY publication would promote fertility in a world facing such an incredible wealth of population growth, worldwide food shortages are up 5% in the last few months as the finiancial and grain shortages impacts begin to be felt by the poorest members of the worlds poulation - it is widely contended (although less frequently discussed) that world population IS the root cause for global warming - the worlds population has tripled since 1960. net growth is between 90 and 110 million net gain PER YEAR!! Thats a billion a decade, folks - additional fertility is the LAST priority of a thinking populace, if you must have a family - adopt and try to make a good adult out of an unwanted or orphaned child.
