Acupunture for my dog

1 yr ago, my 12 yr old dog had a malignate turmer removed from her throat. At the same time, she was facing two knee surguries for her ACL's and she had severe arthritis in her lower back. At this time, I was carrying her everywhere as she could barely walk. Because of the cancer, I decided not to do knee surgury or chemotherapy and there wasn't much we could do for her arthritis. A friend told me about acupunture for dogs. I found a wonderful vet that began treatments. Within 2 weeks, my dog was walking and within a few months, running. The cancer has not come back and she is continues to be active. We see the acupunturist once a month and my dog is doing great.

Holistic Dog Health is the Best

I am a breast cancer survivor who has lived because I did holistic health and cured my own cancer. I got the breast cancer from a drug called Prempro which was supposed to help me. The pathology dept confirmed my tumor was growing on the drug I fed it each day, they also confirmed that the tumor was dying inside-since I started holistic health before surgery.

I am a living proof that holistic health keeps you alive so why would I want anything less for my dog. I now have a dog blog where I tell people how to keep your dog healthy, while saving on vet bills and by using inexpensive natural healing remedies. Anyone who owns a dog can keep it healthy and save thousands of dollars on vet bills. Organic food is a must because commercial dog food can kill your dog, there are no regulations as to what goes into commercial pet foods today. If you really want to save money and keep informed on new stem cell breakthroughs that heal hip dysplasia and dog arthritis - I have done some research on how successful these procedurs are -even for race horses. Keep your dog healthy by visiting a holistic vet, you will be and your dog will be - much better off. Also see me at: http://www.Doghealth1.com for some free advice.

Holistic Health for dogs...

I have a Dalmatian dog, and have saved her life more than once with natural herbs. I even feed her pure vegetarian dog food, and this keeps her less aggressive, something validated from people raising pedigree Dalmatians. This methodology works better for humans and other animals in many cases, so why not include natural means of healing?

Our health care system needs a tremendous amount of revamping, and this is just a start. For one: I have found using a combination of aloe vera with turmeric powder, making a poultice, works great for healing cuts, scrapes, and helps stop bleeding.

Mixing aloe with turmeric in dog food has also helped heal intestinal ulcers after the dog had a serious case of gastroenteritis, that almost killed her. Oregano oil in caps, also mixed with dog food worked well as a natural antibiotic.

At app. 9 years and counting, my dog is so healthy / vibrant that most people cannot believe she is that old.

Holistic vet care/great diet

I could not do without my holistic vet Dr. Regina Schwabe nor my traditional vet care for my shelties. My dogs get titers done each year and believe them to be healthier with fewer trips to the vet sans all the vacs. My shelties are also on Wendy Volhard's NDF2 dehydrated food with the addition of raw meat. They love it and their high energy and gorgeous coats show their inner health and well being. They are slim and fit performance fellows.
