Drink For Your Health

I've been using an app called Drink For Your Health. It is a must have for anyone trying to reach optimal health, like myself!

Save your skin

I have a great iPhone app for those who want to save the skin they are in: iSunBurn give the UV index for your area and sun safety tips.

Where's TheCarrot Love???

What about TheCarrot.com? I thought it was a really popular one...and it's a better price than the others: free. It takes Absolute Fitness, Quitter and Kenkou and combines them into one app. Basically, you can track your daily diet and exercise, as well as other things like mood, sleep, smoking, asthma, diabetes (I know there's more...). I like it because it correlates the information you input in the different trackers and shows you how things like diet and mood affect other things like sleep and smoking habits. I actually learned that when I get less sleep, my wheezing from asthma is worse the next day--something I never realized before. If you haven't tested it out yet, it's a great app.

Diabetes

Check out "Islet" on the App Store.

Islet 2.0 allows entry of glucose, insulin, food, and exercise data. Backdating is possible. You can email comma-separated lists to export the data. Graph all types of data - view high, average, and low data on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Export full-size graphs. $2.99 on the App Store - http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=294770449&mt=8

New iPhone exercise app: Workout Buddy

If you're looking for a native app, I've just released "Workout Buddy" exercise tracker for the iPhone. Workout Buddy is a workout and exercise tracker that allows you to define your workouts, add exercises, sets, and reps, and count out those exercises. This app also keeps track of when you performed each exercise and workout, and when it’s time to do it again.

It's available in the app store now: search for "Workout Buddy"

HEALTH APPLICATIONS

So great! And they are cheap also, very good.
