There's no such thing as "staying trim"

No one ever loses weight permanently. Weight "loss" does not exist. 95% of people regain all weight "lost" within two years (and usually more), and that number goes up to 99% within four years. So, where does the claim that changing from a fat person into a thin person is good for someone come from? If something never happens, how can it be recommended as a therapy? Especially with 99% of people who attempt it will increase their heart disease risk as a result of yoyoing back to their setpoint weight? How can something that never happens be prescribed???????????

Attack??

I was used to migrains & seizures but my Doctors ALL say braiu anrurysm....my is in my 'Circle of Willis' & I am blind in one eye which makes this type VERY hard to read.

Also have a 'short term memory' and I did have to re-learn to walk.

I DO NOT have a mental illness!

Brain Stroke

I get fleeting head pains, on the top of my head lasting less than six seconds. I take high Blood pressure medication and now I have learned about excess salt in restaurant foods so I am trying to eat right and limit salt intake. I take asprin for pain as I fear ibuprofin and tylenol doesn't touch my pains.

I also try to rest more and not run errands every day.

Please address the salt and medications issues. What about sugar?

mental illnes

stress is the main cause for mental illness of every individual, especially financial stress that spoils human health rather than building it up.So we must be cautious against this and should fi9ne a remedy for this.Nearlt half percentage of the global population is experiencing the same problem.
