Thanks a lot HEALTHINATION for having these vedios so that a person like me can sit in relaxation of my home and watch them. I know that I was well informed and I know what to do now, that I could not bave done then. Thanks again.

Bunkus?

"If you're a woman with a waist measurement of over 35 inches or a man with a waist of over 40 inches, you probably have high inflammation." What kind of bunkus is that? it's called being fat. Fat is not an inflammatory condition. Cite or delete.

Like it or not [blank of CA] , it's true - and you can surely do some homework - just Google "fat inflammatory" and you'll be better informed.

"No one wants to exercise"

I beg to differ. There are many of us who actually enjoy exercise and being healthy. Don't make it sound like such a chore and perhaps more people will do the same.

How to reduce inflammation.

Take fish oil, vitamin D (a hormone actually), cut out wheat, reduce carbohydrates, increase animal fats, eliminate polyunsaturated vegetable oils and margarine (highly inflammatory), no more sugar.

If your cholesterol is skewed, use niacin (Slo-Niacin) to normalise levels, works just as well as a statin.

Gets HDL up....good.

Triglycerides down....good.

Shifts LDL to the safer, larger particle size....good.

6 ways to reduce inflammation

There are plenty of ways to bring down your cholesterol and the route I took was losing a little weight and taking Red Yeast Rice.(pharmaceutical grade) My cholesterol went from 203 down to 144 in 3 months.I make sure the doctors I choose are open to integrative medicine, and not the traditional route. Every major city has them. My doctor is an MD from Harvard with a PHD in nutrition. You may have to ask your HMO or PPO for a referral to one or see a nutritionist or naturopath on the side. This route will get you off of pharmaceutical drugs if you tell them that is your goal. THis route will get rid of the side effects that you get from traditional drugs. The only drugs I take (I am 60) are a natural thyroid and a very low dose blood pressure med that I hope to be off in the next few months.

what? "No one likes to exercise"?

What sort of thinking is behind Ms. Kotz's statement "No one wants to exercise?" Lots of people like to exercise. Even relatively non-athletic people like to take walks, dance, ride bikes, etc. Exercise is not unpleasant! Let's lose that inaccurate and unpleasant attitude, Ms. Kotz!
