These's no strong evidence to change clinical practice???

--What?? So is he saying that they are not going to inform parents with autoimmune conditions to watch a little closer the development of their infants. What?? So much for early intervention being the key! I have an autoimmune condition and an autistic child. Had I known these things he could have begun treatment a heck of a lot earlier than three years old!
