problems..

I am a teen that has been having sleeping problems,it seems like I am just paranoid about every shadow and every noise. I am not sure if these symptoms are another sign of insomnia or maybe a different sleeping disorder. I have been sleeping in my parents room for the last month or so.. I would really like to sleep in my own room, but as soon as I shut my eyes in my own bed, I feel like something is moving in my room behind my vision. Maybe its just too many scary movies, but I am looking for anyone who has had this problem and has overcome it, or someone who is going through the same thing, please email comment on this post or email me.
