warfarin dosing

It doesn't take months to stablize a warfarin dose. Also a lot of factors influence the dosing in everyone regardless of the genetics. A change in diet or the use of antibiotics alter the dosing. It would be nice to know if a person were warfarin sensitive, but we find out rather quickly even without the genetic tests. The cost of testing may be hard to justify
