Tibolone, Testosterone and Recurrent Breast Cancer (The Lancet Oncology 2009; 10: 103-104)
It is my hypothesis that increased testosterone may cause breast cancer, as well as other cancers, (International Journal of Cancer 2005; 115: 497). It has been demonstrated that tibolone increases free testosterone in women, over and above the testosterone-like structure of tibolone ( Maturitas. 2005 Apr 11;50(4):321-30).
I suggest this report supports my hypothesis of the link between testosterone and breast cancer in women.

synthetic hormones
This is just another example of how synthetic hormones are a huge danger to women. Women need to do their research and pursue bioidentical hormone therapies instead of buying into the pharmaceutical company, money-grubbing hype and demand some real research and accountability when it comes to their healthcare and their access to low-dose compounded hormones to manage menopausal symptoms. So many women are scared off hormones all together because of exactly this type of thing.
