It's Progestins not Progesterone

Great article, except the quote from Dr. Jay Brooks about the risk factor of "estrogen/progesterone." The correct terminology is estrogen/progestin. Progesterone is the hormone made by the ovaries, and there is no evidence that it increases the risk of breast cancer, and quite a bit of evidence that it may help prevent breast cancer. The synthetic progestins (e.g. Provera) on the other hand, clearly increase the risk of breast cancer. This error in terminology, usually based on the incorrect belief that progesterone and progestins are the same and interchangable, perpetuates a misunderstanding of hormone physiology and breast cancer risk.
