These are the biggest of the 126 health plans that either withheld performance-related data from the National Committee for Quality Assurance or would not let NCQA make it public.

Ratings for Blue Cross & United Healthcare in CA
I'm not seeing any ratings/rankings for either of them and they are large insurance co's who aren't on the uncooperative insurance plans list!

I would like to clarify that CareSource's President and CEO Pamela Morris was scheduled to do an interview with U.S. News & World Report, and the interview was cancelled by the magazine.
Ratings for FCHP/Fallon Community Health Plan
Why do you not have any ratings for the Health Plan? You do have Medicaid ratings for Fallon. Where does FCHP stand as far as Health Plans. I was told they were rated up at the top.
