Use it or lose it
Common sense says use the prostate for what it was designed to do. Then add good nutrition (fruits and vegetables), exercise, Vit. D, Beta-sitisterol, Korean Ginseng, etc.
Dont forget Vitamin D
Vitamin D - getting sunlight is also a huge benefit. Dont get burned though. If you have prostate cancer you should research vitamin D and prostate cancer and find out for yourself.
prostate cancer diet info
Gentlemen, I have recurrent prostate cancer, and this is a request for the menu that the men were eating while on this study. I had radiation seeds 6 years ago, and my PSA stayed low; howevere, two years ago the PSA started rising. For the past two years the PSA is doubling on an annual basis. Two years ago, the PSA was .3, then rose to .6 the next year, then last year from .6 to 1.2. My urologist wants to put me on Lupron, but I do not want to do that due to the side effects. I would prefer the diet possibilities. Your info as soon as possible would be appreciated. Thanks, Ernest Ward Ph. 678-494-8941
Related to Lymphology understanding
Doctor, My thoughts support your findings 101%. I believed the meditation component that you mentioned does helps tremendously to direct the wonderful oxygen to the degenerating cells to "retrigger the bio-electric Potassium-Calcium pump to turn again; hence re-kindle the balance energy at the cell level" (thinking from me, Certified Lymphologist, IAL)
Prostate cancer
There are many alternative therapies (the Gerson therapy, the Budwig therapy, just to mention two of them) which use natural methods to treat prostate and other cancers with success. They suggest special diet, meditation, avoidance of pollution and changes in lifestyle. There are many people who have become cancer free as a result. I suggest to study the successful alternative therapies and include them in normal medical practice.
