Among elite centers in the U.S. News "America's Best Hospitals" rankings that reported patient satisfaction survey results for the year ended December 2008, the 10 percent below were judged best for nursing care. They had the highest percentages of patients who said their nurses were "always" courteous, listened carefully, and gave clear explanations.

You need think about it. Despite the emails, the overwhelming evidence showing global warming is happening hasn't changed.
"The e-mails do nothing to undermine the very strong scientific consensus . . . that tells us the Earth is warming, that warming is largely a result of human activity," Jane Lubchenco, who heads the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, told a House committee. She said that the e-mails don't cover data from NOAA and NASA, whose independent climate records show dramatic warming.

nursing survey
I agree that the "nice nurse" can often be the most incompetent, but know how to schmooze people! I have worked with male and female nurses like this and it is incredible to watch and listen to them.Rate of complications is a well-known measure of nursing care and should be one of the first items to look at when judging nursing care.
