All vitamin companies are committing frauds, it's only a matter of degree.
The notorious Scientology crime syndicate had crimes bosses making such claims as well and their ringleaders have not only been repeatedly jailed and fined, the criminal enterprise is on trial in France because of their racketeering frauds and quack medical scams, all of which are the equal to claims made by vitamin manufacturers.
The world is awash in criminals -- corporate, organized, as well as individuals -- and yet there persists any percentage of any populace that falls for such obvious scams.
