What Next?

Don't pay any attention to the report, Americans. This has nothing to do with Americans who drink hot tea. Ugandans culture, healthcare and overall way of life is far different from our own. Disregard.

Circumspection on circumcision study.

This "study" is a long way from the ideal "gold standard" of the double blind" study.

Obviously if one has been circumcised one will modify one's behavior significantly more than than the control group

It should be noted that Uganda has quite different health standards from developed countries. Health and religious authorities should consider themselves warned against translating the studies' results to the West. If authorities are at least concerned about the spread of HIV, they should note the work by Dr. Moskowitz of GenoMed (www.genomed.com) who successfully treats AIDS/HIV, something which no health authority has yet accomplished.
