Hi!chde! http://affkjbkh.com eylxw faedo
To" Mr" Gary Wayne
excuse me sir mr.gary wayne snders i'am actually studying embryonic stem cell research & there are good reasons to have it & also bad ones. although i'am againsst abortions those unborn fetuse ven away if a mother wants an abortion & then they take them to do research on them. & also about the roman catholics part i happon to be catholic & i would like to know your feed back on what they have to do with anything even though i understand that you just making an example religiom=n has nothing to do with this. either you believe in abortions or you don't. everyone has an different opinion. now the good thing about embryonic stem cell research is that it can cure disease's such as parkinson's, heart disease, & guess what irt can even cure your little damaged spinal chord. but the bad thing is that these are unborn babies that no one wants & if they dont them then at least put it to good use. am i not rite/ There is no such thing as public opinion. There is only published opinion. good nite to all let us not try to impromise our opions on others. so good nite to all and bless our families. :)
MAYBE does not cut it.
From the 1st half of the article I get the impression that embryonic stem cells are still result free. Perhaps that is why gov $ is needed. As I understand all the private investment $ is going to adult & umbilical cord stem cells, which as the article points out, have seen + results.
So why not research what already shows the most potential? Why use up valuable resources chasing shadows? "Potential benefits" in my mind translates to " embryonic cells may possibly work, maybe they won't ".
That tissue rejection treatment is necessary when embryonic cells are used should tell some one some thing.
I have a back disease, so I have a dog in the show. I understand the pain of affliction & I would much rather support what has shown promise, adult & umbilical stem cells, than to trust what has yet to be proven effective in humans, embryonic stem cells. Plus one must take extra drugs to help the process work. In this arena my motto is "the fewer coal tar derived chemical synthetic drugs, the better!!"

Good iidea gone bad
Good idea to take embryos that are not going to be used. It is also a good idea to take the lives of the sick and suffering ewho are using precious resources. After all, they are suffering. Put them out of their misery and use their organs to help preserve the life of someone who is not so sick. And, if it seems that there are too many people of a particular race or creed who upset you, kill them and let their body parts be made available to help sick people. Or, maybe they are just exhausting too much of the world's resources and you want to save the earth. We could kill them. I feel badly that there are people who are suffering but there was a time that many of those people would not be alive at all. It is no more acceptable to sanction taking a life to help a sick person than it is to take a life to get money to feed a starving person.
What its like
I know human life is precious but so is the survival of the already living.I have a damaged spinal cord at C6.Not paralyzed but I suffer severe pain, numbness and tremors to name a few. From my arms and hands to my legs and feet.Everyday.All day.I am 36 winters old and have a wife and two children.I cant imagine why anyone would deprive the world of a possible cure just over a religious issue at that.I guess they should wear our shoes for a day then they would sing a different song.
And destroying human life for medical knowledge started centuries before Nazi Germany. You need to do some reading on your history "interests".Christians use so many references these days to so many evils and blaming it on Hitler because he is the big commercial evil.Everyone knows Hitler,so lets say he did it then it will be REALLY bad.BUT I believe it was the ROMAN CATHOLICS who were giving abortions to their own for obvious broken commitments of celibacy. Now how does that cookie taste?
I would give half the years of the rest of my life,to spend it free of this curse.I am a lover of all living things but that which is already is dead,is DEAD and if the remains can save one from a life of pain and suffering.
no no no
right... now if anybody who would spend the time half reserching into this matter would find out that actualy no babies arnt being killed the embryos are spare that are bieng used, from ivf clinics and are destin to be destroyed anyway.... so realy what the scientists are doing is in a way recycling there takinking the ivf clinics waste embryos and using them to treat victims..... its a good thing people get over yourselfs!!
quadraplegia
If any of you people proclaiming the sanctity of life realised what its like to be paralysed, you might change your tune. It's your opinion that is preventing me from ever walking again and keeping me in pain. I wish you would grow up.
Tell the truth
It is adult stem cells where the breakthrough research has happened and is happening. Dont lump the heinous practice of using aborted babies or embryos into that category. Embryonic stem cells create tumors that the doctors can't seem to be able to get around. That is why they want more money. Adult stem cells dont create tumors and are actually leading the way in this cutting edge technology. To think that the barbaric practice of destroying life to further research investigation took place in Nazi Germany makes me ashamed of what liberals call "Choice". With no respect for life at its beginning, is it any wonder why they starved Terri Schaivo to death?
