I have "known" many people who have been diagnosed Bi-polar...every single one could also be diagnosed Spoiled Brat as well. Remember, children of older parents are generally more affluent too.

What a crock, so this is how the govt. tries to scare us into having children at a younger age...You know the baby boomers are retiring, how on earth will we ever manage? I got news for you, get ready for a bipolar pandemic because these teenagers today have NO INTEREST in becoming parents let alone marriage. Thank you MTV for creating a "not my problem, I don't want responsibility but I should be paid a 6 figure income just because I graduated from college" generation. OK- once again you can blame it on your parents. Everything one does or every disease one has is blamed on someone else. Got a
