I don't have many wrinkles, even at 85, but I do have brown spots...lots of sun decades ago. I applied a cream, at approx. $125 a tube. It was quite effective but a little too expensive for the long term. A generic was about $20, but quit using it...and now the brown spots are as they were. Thanks.

I'm 32, and the only telling thing about my age are the serious wrinkles on my brow. I decided to try the Made from Earth "Vitamin Enhanced Face Firming Serum" as it wasn't too expensive (look at other products - ouch!) and thought even a small improvement would be worth the price.

I have been searching for a way to eliminate wrinkles and this new moisturizer I have been trying for the last 3 months seems to be working. Its the Made from Earth Vitamin Enhanced Moisturizer - and its less pricey than specialty cosmetic brands.

Here's how I have been using it:

In the morning, after cleansing my skin with an organic toxin cleanser, I use the Vitamin Enhanced Face Firming Serum just in the areas under my eyes and THEN i use the Vitamin Enhanced Moisturizer for my whole face. The MOISTURIZER has a thick consistency, but it still spreads well and absorbs into the skin. There is no fragnrence since all Made from Earth products are chemical free - including fragrences.

On my first application of this, I smeared on a little too much and my skin felt "smothered" later in the day. So be advised, start with a dime-size amount , and go up from there if you need to.

In the evening, again after cleansing, i use the Vitamin Enhanced Face Firming Serum again under my eyes. My final evening step is "spot-treating" with the VITAMIN MOISTURIZER all the dry skin areas...i.e. any area that feels dry on my face....

Next morning, my skin felt softer and smoother, and hydrated.

There is a line Quantum Hydrox that we order from a Canadian Drugstore in Vancouver, Canada that has unbelievablly effective wrinkle smoothing creams and a vitamin C serum with magnesium ascorbyl phosphate. These relatively inexpensive creams have given us better results than waaaay more expensive 'high end' lines from Sephora, Nordstroms etc.

I just wanted to let you know that taking care of your skin BEFORE you see signs of aging helps you look much younger when you are older. I am a 47 YO woman who is often judged to be in my early 30's. Even those who have known me for years are SHOCKED when they learn I am older than them!!! In any case, eye cream is VERY important! I started using Renova over 8 years ago, and from time to time when I get my Restalyne for my laugh lines the doctor tells me "you have new skin cells"! In any case- it is pricey- you may be able to get overseas for less (but I don't trust those)- about 150.oo for 60mg tube- but it lasts a long time. My skin is a little sensitive so I only 3-4 times per week(and only at night) and then I put a very light application of creme la mer (the original heavy stuff) on top. You will love it!!!

Less Expensive Alternative

I've never been one for needles and things, nor do I like the idea of spending $5,000 just to look like I did several years ago. After trying several different products, I did finally find one that works. It's called Athena 7 Minute Lift, it's a cream that comes in a small jar that is lightly brushed across the face. It gives a firming and tightening effect that lasts for the majority of the day. It's great if you are going out and need to pull yourself together. At under $90, I find it to be a much better alternative to peels and injections.

I started developing pretty bad facial wrinkles after I crossed 35. I was pretty upset about it as I really didn't whink my skin would start degrading in my 30s. I tried altering my diet, took a lot of dark coloured vegetables such as beetroot and tomatoes as these were supposed to be good for wrinkles and also drank plenty of water. It didn't really work though and my Doctor had even suggested that I go for a Debrassion treatment to fade out my wrinkles. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she got rid of her wrinkles using a particular anti-wrinkle product. I tried it and it worked really well.
