No offense..
No offense to anyone here, but this seems to me like you're just dodging questions with a propagandized "Drugs are bad!" rubber stamp.
loosing friends/pressure/munipulations on not telling
I am not a student, but do have a student in middle school that has over half his friends he has lost due to drugs and his choice not to use. He is battling to tell or not to tell on his friends. the times he has told out of caring for this friend have not turned out well because the parents are in denial and it didn't help his friend stay away from drugs. I have gone to the schools, local law enforcement and parent groups and get the same answers. DUE TO LACK OF FUNDING WE CAN NOT HELP. Programs have been cut, what can I do as a parent to not just help my child that is saying NO TO DRUGS but my community!? Those kids that say no need just as much help to keep saying no as the kids that say yes! Help!
